Tim Hites,
President Tim is the
President and Founder of ICC Global Hosting and ICC
Technology Partners Inc. He is a 27 year veteran of
the technology industry, having founded ICC Partners
as Abacus Computers, an Apple-only retailer, in 1983.
His vision and leadership have guided the company
through many waves of change in the technology industry.
Tim was born in Denver, traveled extensively as a
child, and was bi-lingual at the age of four while
living abroad in Zaragoza, Spain. He spent many years
outside of the San Francisco Bay Area in the town
of Novato and graduated high school in Marquette,
Michigan. He returned to Kentucky, his mother's home
state, after his father retired from the United States
Air Force in 1974.
He is active in several national technology associations
including CompTIA, where he served on the Public Policy
Committee, as they lobbied for the Telecommunications
Act of 1996. He has served on the IBM Service Advisory
Council for North America and has been a contributing
member of The ASCII Group, a national technology products
buying consortium. He has been a member of several
community organizations in Kentucky, serving as President
as well as on the boards of the local Chambers of
Commerce.
Tim holds Business and Accounting degrees from Eastern
Kentucky University and the University of Kentucky.
Prior to founding ICC, he served in several capacities
in the banking industry, including positions of Internal
Auditor, Security Officer and Compliance Officer.
Mark
Moeller, Vice President Business Development As Vice President
of Business Development, Mark is responsible for building
and executing ICC’s sales and marketing strategy. Mark
brings to the company over 20 years of technology sales
and marketing experience with expertise in virtualization,
information security, and bank technology. He has sold
enterprise and SMB solutions both directly and indirectly,
built and managed sales teams and channels programs,
and developed technology partnerships.
Mark was most recently the director of sales for vmSight, acquired by Liquidware Labs, where he created the sales process, developed the sales
team, and built technology partnerships with integrators
and VARs. Mark has been trained as a CCSP for Desktop Virtualization, and Server Virtualization (Citrix Certified Sales Professional), a
VMware VSP (Desktop
Manageability and Security), been a speaker for numerous
VMUG groups, and has in-depth knowledge of selling virtual
desktop management.
Prior to vmSight, Mark spent 10 years focused on information
security sales in sales, marketing, and channel management
roles with software manufacturers and integrators.
Mark is a resident of Atlanta; a graduate of Miami University
in Oxford, OH; and was raised in Louisville, KY.
Kim
Hites, Vice President Education Development Kim is a former educator, having
spent 10 years in a public classroom and four years
as an Instructional Supervisor at the district level.
While teaching, she served as the School Technology
Coordinator (STC) and was chosen as an Education Instruction
Specialist (EIS) for IBM. She trained numerous teachers
in the early to mid 1990s across the state of Kentucky
on the use of technology in the classroom. She also
served as a Primary Specialist for the state department
and was a member of the first distinguished Kentucky
Leadership Academy (KLA) group in Kentucky. In her current
capacity at ICC, Kim is a consultant and certified trainer
to several districts on instructional software.
Kim has attended Georgetown College, Morehead State
University, and Pikeville College. She holds a KY K-8
teaching certification and a Master's Degree in Early
Childhood Education along with a KY Rank I in K-12 Supervision.
In addition, she has a BS degree in interior design.
Kim was Little Miss Pike County in 1973, Miss East Kentucky
in 1983, and Mrs. Kentucky in 1993. She is an accomplished
pianist and has been a church pianist since the age
of seven. She graduated from high school and college
as a 4.0 Valedictorian.
